- Open your trusted banking or fintech app
- Login with your credentials
- GovPay is already enabled into your Banking App
Navigate to GovPay
Find GovPay through your app's bill payment section for government services.
- Select Bill Payments option
- Choose Government Payments
- Select GovPay from the list
- Browse available organisations
Enter Payment Details
Fill in all required information including reference number, amount, and personal details.
- Select Organisation and Service
- Enter Reference Number (twice)
- Enter Payment Amount (twice)
- Provide NIC and contact details
Confirm & Get Receipt
Review your information, confirm the payment, and save your receipt for future reference.
- Review all entered information
- Confirm the payment securely
- Print receipt to PDF
- Keep for your records
