Pay Traffic Fines using GovPay on the Spot
Western Province & Expressways from 4th of August 2025
Traffic Spot Fine payments are now being extended to cover the Western Province and Southern, Katunayake and Central Expressways, following a successful pilot operation in selected Police areas in Anuradhapura, Kurunegala and Matale Districts.
