GovPay awareness workshop was conducted for the Officials of the Matara, Galle and Hambanthota District Secretariats all Divisional Secretariats of the Southern Province in Matara on 24-07-2025.

The workshop focused on building capacity, familiarizing Officers with the GovPay platform, and ensuring effective adoption across government institutions in the region. This initiative formed part of the broader national rollout strategy, aimed at equipping provincial and district-level administrations with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver efficient and citizen-friendly digital payment services.
